Gabriel Toolan Solicitor

He became an Accredited Mediator in 2011 and has assisted in resolving a number of significant disputes in this role. Having been involved in a number of significant Administrative Law /Public Law / Planning and Development Cases he then obtained a Diploma from the Law Society of Ireland in Environmental and Planning Law in 2014.

He enrolled in Strathclyde University in Glasgow for a Master’s Course in Advocacy specifically designed for working and practicing legal professionals under the able guidance of Dame Elish Angiolini. ( Dame Elish, now Provost in St James College Oxford has strong family roots in Bundoran Co.Donegal). He was conferred with an LLM. Degree from Strathclyde University in 2016.

He has completed several courses to include intensive residential courses with the National Institute of Trial Advocacy specialising in all aspects of legal advocacy, overseen by eminent advocates from both the United States and Great Britain.
